I want to order lots of photos!…….. Can I have a discount?


Of course you can the discount will be applied automatically as you reach the levels of discount $15 each for the first 5 images then after that the discount will be applied automatically.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher ?

Yes you can just contact us via the page with the details of your request and we get it organised for you.

Our Club wants to order photos for all our players, Can we do this?

Of course you can! In fact, when you pay in a lump sum via the club you will receive a substantial discount. We do not offer a commission but you will receive a game day shoot instead.

Do I need to pay on the day?

Yes you can pay via cash or credit card and we do of for an EFTPOS facility with tap and go to ensure a quick and efficient service.

Can we pay before photo day?

Yes you can jump online and pay before the day and also up to 48hrs after photo day. When you order a full package and pay via this method you will also receive a bonus black and white portrait print.

Do you offer action shots?

Yes you can contact us to book a game day shoot where we will provide you with images on a USB.

How is payment processed?

Your payments as processed using square. Your payments can be made directly online securely. This includes prepayment for photo day or action shot or artwork purchases.

What security is in place?

How do I find my photos? 

Click on the view photos from the home page and select your event and scroll through and enjoy the action. 

Why aren’t my photos online? 

Please allow 48 hrs for your products to be uploaded after the completion of your event although our photographers do their best to shoot all participants this is not always possible 

What products can I order? 

Check out the great range of products that we offer by clicking on your photo. We do not offer framed prints due to the high cost of postage and the fragile nature of frames. 

Can you edit my photos? 

All Action photos may have been colour corrected, red-eye removed and cropped to enhance the final product

My order received is wrong or Damaged what can I do? 

Please contact us immediately via the contact us form with your order details and what was wrong and we will contact you within 48hrs

Delivery 

What does the postage cost? 

$5 for prints and $10 for posters. All photographs are sent via Australia post. We can deliver to post office boxes and business addresses if this is more convenient 

What is the delivery Time? 

All orders are processed edited and delivered to you within 28days (some posters may take a little longer) Australia post can not give exact delivery times, so if a product is for a gift and required by a specific time please make a note in the comments section when ordering and we will endeavour to get them to you on time.
